Pre primary Teacher

Role Description The Pre Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons that foster early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and creative expression. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging classroom activities, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, observing and documenting student progress, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum implementation, school events, and continuous improvement of teaching practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Jindal World School in Sakti.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience in early childhood or pre-primary levels.
• Ability to design and implement effective Curriculum Development aligned with the school's educational philosophy.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues, and for clear reporting of student progress.
• Relevant Education background, such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach to classroom management and pedagogy.
• Ability to use basic educational technology and teaching aids to support interactive learning.
• Prior experience in a school setting and familiarity with modern teaching methodologies will be an added advantage.
