Job Description: Manager/ Senior Manager PPC

Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering; M.Tech preferred.
Industry: BESS / EV / Battery Manufacturing
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and control based on customer demand and forecasts.
• Manage Manufacturing BOMs, material planning, inventory control, and engineering change management.
• Establish process flows and monitor cycle time, takt time, and production capacity.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cycle time reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive line balancing, time studies, capacity planning, and shopfloor efficiency.
• Coordinate with SCM, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure material availability and production targets.
• Lead RCA, PFMEA, and corrective actions to improve process reliability and product quality.
• Support NPI, production ramp-up, ERP implementation, and manufacturing process standardisation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in PPC, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Lithium-ion battery pack / BESS / EV manufacturing preferred.
• Expertise in BOM management, production planning, material planning, and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Kaizen, RCA, PFMEA, and Poka-Yoke.
• Experience in ERP implementation, Advanced Excel, and manufacturing analytics.
