Role Description The Political Assembly Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for planning and executing political assemblies, rallies, and grassroots events. This role oversees end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, permissions, vendor coordination, security liaison, and on-the-ground setup and tear-down. The Political Assembly Manager collaborates with campaign strategists, communications teams, and field organizers to align assemblies with broader political messaging and voter engagement goals. Daily responsibilities include building and managing local networks, coordinating volunteers and staff, tracking budgets and timelines, and ensuring strong turnout and disciplined event execution. The role also involves monitoring on-site risks, capturing feedback from participants, and providing post-event reports to inform ongoing campaign strategy.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong political campaign and grassroots organizing skills, including experience coordinating rallies, public meetings, and voter outreach activities.
• Candidates should possess event planning and operations skills, such as logistics management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and timeline oversight for large-scale gatherings.
• Candidates should possess stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with local authorities, community leaders, party representatives, and security agencies.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication, briefing teams, and engaging diverse audiences on-site.
• Candidates should possess risk management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle crowd control issues, operational challenges, and real-time changes under pressure.
• Candidates should possess basic data and reporting skills, such as tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and summarizing event outcomes for campaign leadership.
• Relevant experience in political consulting, party organization, public affairs, or advocacy campaigns is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in political science, public administration, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel within and around Lucknow as campaign needs require.
