Role Description The Political Analyst will work full time on-site in Panaji, providing research-based insights to guide political communication, campaign strategy, and narrative development. This role involves monitoring political developments, analyzing public opinion data, and synthesizing information from news, social media, and policy sources into clear, actionable reports. The Political Analyst will collaborate with strategists, creatives, and communications specialists to shape messaging for political campaigns, advocacy initiatives, and public affairs projects. Daily tasks include preparing briefings, developing voter and audience profiles, supporting targeting strategies, and contributing to scenario planning for clients across the political spectrum. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines, and a commitment to objective, data-informed analysis.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable political insights.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present complex information clearly in written reports, presentations, and stakeholder briefings.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Political Science and Politics to understand policy, governance structures, electoral systems, and political behavior.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Political Analysis, including public opinion research, campaign strategy support, and issue-based narrative development.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in political consulting, public affairs, research organizations, or campaign environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, polling methodologies, and media or social listening platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency setting, maintain discretion, and manage multiple deadlines is important.
