Podcast Host

We're launching a flagship YouTube podcast featuring some of the most influential and recognisable names in [politics/business/entertainment/culture]. We're looking for a sharp, curious, and credible host to be the face and voice of the show.

About the Role:

You'll lead long-form conversations with high-profile guests, shaping each episode from research to final cut. This is a public-facing role, and you'll help define the tone and identity of the channel.

What You'll Do

• Host and conduct in-depth interviews and discussions with prominent guests
• Work with the editorial team on episode planning, guest research, and question design
• Ask incisive, well-researched questions while keeping conversations engaging and fair
• Contribute to show format, storytelling, and content strategy
• Support promotion of episodes across YouTube, social media, and press
• Represent the show at events and public appearances

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in journalism, TV/radio anchoring, or digital media
• Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to handle high-profile and sensitive conversations
• Excellent command of [English / Hindi], with a clear, confident on-camera presence
• Deep awareness of current affairs and the ability to research quickly
• Strong editorial judgment and a commitment to accuracy and ethics
• Comfort with digital-first formats and an understanding of YouTube audiences
• Bonus: Existing podcast, video, or social media presence; experience with live or unscripted formats
