Role Overview

• Role Title: PMO Lead / Operations Lead (Electronic Security & Safety)

• Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru / Hybrid (requires multi-site field deployment)

Role Purpose

The PMO / Operations Lead drives the on-site execution, physical installation, and final handover of large-scale Electronic Security (Access Control, CCTV) and Life Safety systems. This role focuses entirely on managing field resources, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing site safety, and delivering physical infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Execution & Mobilization: Lead physical deployment operations from initial site survey and layout verification to final handovers across commercial or industrial facilities.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Control: Oversee daily contractor schedules, verify Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), and manage installation quality for CCTV cameras, access control hardware, and safety sensors.
• Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Direct the hardware commissioning phase—including camera positioning, reader calibrations, control room rack setups, and fire integration—culminating in client Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) sign-off.
• Supply Chain Track & Stage: Coordinate the local pipeline of high-value hardware (cameras, locks, panels, NVRs) to guarantee site teams have materials ready, preventing field downtime.
• HSE & Site Safety Enforcement: Run routine site safety audits and daily tool-box talks. Enforce strict compliance with electrical safety codes, hot-work permits, and PPE mandates.
• Milestone & Risk Tracking: Maintain project schedules via tracking sheets or software, managing a field RAID log to rapidly clear physical obstructions or access delays.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Experience:7 to 12+ years of hands-on site execution experience in Electronic Security, Fire Safety, or Building Automation fields.
• Core Technical Knowledge:
• Electronic Security: Physical deployment of enterprise CCTV equipment (Hikvision, Honeywell, CP Plus) and Access Control Systems (HID readers, EM locks, controllers).
• Safety Systems: Installation and integration of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Public Address (PA) systems, and conventional emergency setups.
• Physical Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve field engineering issues (e.g., structural drilling constraints, core-cutting coordination, cable-path obstructions).
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Project / ZOHO Project / Excel for field schedules, and AutoCAD for reviewing site blueprints.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or certified safety/security credentials (e.g., ASIS PSP).
