Job Description: PM - Capital Markets & Front Office Risk

Location: Mumbai (Only Mumbai-based candidates)

Experience: 5-8 (Relevant experience in Capital Markets domain)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Only

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery while working closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project governance activities, including Steering Committees, Working Groups, project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Drive project delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Facilitate communication between Front Office, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Track and manage project activities using JIRA and Confluence.
• Support delivery of strategic initiatives within Capital Markets and Front Office Risk domains.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Project Management with exposure to Business Analysis activities.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects within Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management processes and Risk Change initiatives.
• Experience working on Front Office Risk projects.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to investment banking or global markets environments.
• Experience working with Front Office, Risk, Trading, or Market Risk teams.
• Strong understanding of capital markets products and risk frameworks.
