We're Hiring: Platform Engineer | Java Full Stack & Kafka

Location: Hyderabad – GAR Office

Experience: 6–8 years

We're looking for a Platform Engineer with strong experience in integration and messaging technologies, plus exposure to enterprise COTS products such as Fircosoft and Archer. You'll help support and integrate enterprise applications in a complex, event-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Support enterprise data flows using Kafka and IBM MQ
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs and JSON/XML
• Work with event-driven architectures and data-processing workflows
• Configure and support COTS applications, including Fircosoft and Archer
• Troubleshoot integration and messaging issues across environments
• Use AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Collaborate with teams to deliver reliable system integrations

What we're looking for

• 6–8 years of experience in platform or integration engineering
• Experience with Kafka, MQ, REST APIs, and JSON/XML integrations
• Exposure to Fircosoft, Archer, or other enterprise COTS products
• Understanding of data processing, system integration, and event-driven architecture
• AWS knowledge
