Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible **FMCG Plant Manager** who has strong knowledge of plant machinery, production operations, and labour management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining production efficiency, and managing the workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily plant operations and ensure smooth production activities.

- Handle and supervise labour, workers, and production staff.

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant machinery and equipment.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within the निर्धारित timelines.

- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machinery servicing and repairs.

- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and attendance.

- Minimize production downtime and reduce operational wastage.

- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and other resources.

- Maintain production records and prepare daily operational reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of plant machinery and production processes.

- Hands-on experience in labour handling and workforce management.

- Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage production targets and daily plant activities.
