Plant Finance Manager

Exponent Energy is building the energy backbone for India's electric commercial mobility, from rapid charging to the battery and vehicle ecosystem. Fresh off a Rs 200 Cr raise, we're scaling manufacturing at our Electronic City facility and looking for a Plant Finance Controller to own the finance side of the factory.

What you'll do

- Own the plant P&L: monthly close, MIS and variance analysis for the factory

- Run product costing, standard costs and cost optimisation with operations

- Set up and manage inventory controls: physical verification, valuation, reconciliations and write-off governance

- Support production planning, capex and budgeting for the plant

- Partner with the central finance team on audits, controls and ERP processes

What we're looking for

- CA or CWA/CMA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing finance

- Hands-on experience with cost accounting, inventory and plant-level reporting

- Comfort with ERP systems and Excel; strong attention to detail

- Experience in automotive, EV or industrial manufacturing is a plus

- Willing to work on-site at Electronic City, Bengaluru; immediate joiners preferred

You'll report to the Finance Controller and work closely with operations, supply chain and leadership.
