Placement Officer

Role Description The Placement Officer will work full time, on-site at the Hyderabad location, coordinating all aspects of student placements and employer relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, organizing campus recruitment drives, and scheduling interviews, workshops, and placement activities. The role involves guiding learners through resume building, interview preparation, and career planning, while tracking placement outcomes and preparing periodic reports. The Placement Officer will collaborate closely with training and academic teams to understand course outcomes and align placement opportunities with learners skills and career goals.

Qualifications

• Campus Placement and employer liaison skills, with experience managing recruitment drives and placement processes.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with learners, corporate partners, and internal teams.
• Career Counseling and guidance skills to support learners in defining goals, improving job readiness, and navigating recruitment processes.
• Training and Education-related skills, such as conducting placement-focused sessions, workshops, and orientations for learners.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Management, HR, Education, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in placements, talent acquisition, or career services within an academic, training, or EdTech setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain accurate placement records and reports.
• Proficiency with basic office software and online communication tools for coordinating drives and maintaining databases.
