Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer / Corporate Relations Manager located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible to build and strengthen relationships with required companies resulting into smooth landing of jobs for MBA students in those companies. Responsible for meeting set targets with respect to number of companies visiting campus and making offers.
1) To identify, evaluate, convince and bring in new companies for recruiting students.
Time Spent - 30%
2) To maintain strong relationships with the existing companies in the list. End to End (Client meetings>> Engagements >> Placements & Corporate Sales
Time Spent - 30%
3) To understand needs of students and approach quality companies accordingly
Time Spent - 10%
4) To guide executives/ Team members in innovative ways of work on new leads generation
Time Spent - 10%
5) To handle internal processes such as generating reports, maintaining database, responding to internal queries, contributing to internal recruitment on an ongoing basis
Time Spent - 10%
6)To coordinate with external and internal partners for Trainings as and when required

Skills required.

• MS Office, Result oriented, Understanding of job market, Awareness of Corporate sales,
• Interpersonal skills, Team work, Cross functional collaboration, Coordination, Presentation skills, Business understanding, Negotiation Skills, Influencing skills
• MBA/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Desired Experience 4-8 yrs.
