Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Pilates Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, drive membership sales, deliver an exceptional member experience, and lead the studio team.

Key Responsiblties

• Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive membership sales, lead conversions, renewals, and revenue growth.
• Handle enquiries, follow-ups, trial sessions, and client onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with members and improve retention.
• Manage trainers, front-desk staff, schedules, and studio coordination.
• Monitor sales targets, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and studio presentation.
• Manage CRM updates, member records, reports, and studio booking applications.
• Implement promotional campaigns, referral programmes, and member engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the corporate team to achieve business and operational goals.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in studio management, fitness operations, hospitality, or sales.
• Strong sales, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to achieve revenue targets and manage customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting, and digital booking applications.
• A customer-first mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Pilates, premium fitness studios, wellness, or luxury hospitality will be an advantage.
