About this role
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
- First clean the machine properly. / સૌપ્રથમ મશીનને યોગ્ય રીતે સાફ કરવું. / सबसे पहले मशीन को अच्छे से साफ करना है.
- Read the job card given by the supervisor and bring the required reel and paper. / સુપરવાઇઝર દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ જોબ કાર્ડ વાંચવું અને જરૂરી રીલ તથા પેપર લાવવું. / सुपरवाइजर द्वारा दिया गया जॉब कार्ड पढ़ना है और आवश्यक रील और पेपर लाना है.
- After reading the job card carefully, check the conductor bare size and load the reel. / જોબ કાર્ડ ધ્યાનથી વાંચ્યા પછી કન્ડક્ટરનું બેર સાઇઝ ચેક કરીને રીલ લોડ કરવી. / जॉब कार्ड ध्यान से पढ़कर कंडक्टर का बैर साइज चेक करके रील लोड करना है.
- Set the machine as per the job card. Then check the final sample (bare size and cover size) and submit it to Quality for final checking. Also, record all readings in the logbook. / જોબ કાર્ડ મુજબ મશીન સેટિંગ કરવું. ત્યારબાદ ફાઇનલ સેમ્પલનું બેર સાઇઝ અને કવર સાઇઝ ચેક કરીને સેમ્પલ ક્વોલિટી વિભાગને આપવું. તેમજ બુકમાં રીડિંગનો રેકોર્ડ રાખવો. / जॉब कार्ड के अनुसार मशीन सेटिंग करनी है। फिर फाइनल सैंपल का बैर साइज और कवर साइज चेक करके क्वालिटी विभाग को देना है और बुक में रिकॉर्ड रखना है.
- Fix the wooden reel or plastic reel (as mentioned in the job card) on the take-up and start the machine. / જોબ કાર્ડ મુજબ વુડન અથવા પ્લાસ્ટિક રીલ ટેક-અપમાં લગાવીને મશીન શરૂ કરવું. / जॉब कार्ड के अनुसार वुडन या प्लास्टिक रील टेक-अप में लगाकर मशीन शुरू करना है.
- Cut the conductor as per the length mentioned in the job card and send it for final weighing. / જોબ કાર્ડ મુજબ કન્ડક્ટરને લંબાઈ પ્રમાણે કાપીને ફાઇનલ વેઇટ માટે આપવું. / जॉब कार्ड के अनुसार कंडक्टर को लंबाई के हिसाब से काटकर फाइनल वेट के लिए देना है.
- Operate the machine as per the production target given by the supervisor. / સુપરવાઇઝર દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલા પ્રોડક્શન ટાર્ગેટ મુજબ મશીન ચલાવવું. / सुपरवाइजर द्वारा दिए गए प्रोडक्शन टारगेट के अनुसार मशीन चलानी है.
- Maintain proper production reports for your shift. / તમારી શિફ્ટનું પ્રોડક્શન રિપોર્ટ યોગ્ય રીતે જાળવવું. / अपनी शिफ्ट की प्रोडक्शन रिपोर्ट सही तरीके से मेंटेन करनी है.
- Follow all safety rules and wear PPE kit at all times. / તમામ સેફ્ટી નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું અને PPE કિટ પહેરવી. / सभी सेफ्टी नियमों का पालन करना है और PPE किट पहननी है.
- Share all necessary information during shift handover. / શિફ્ટ હેન્ડઓવર દરમિયાન જરૂરી માહિતી શેર કરવી. / शिफ्ट हैंडओवर के समय जरूरी जानकारी साझा करनी है.
- Keep your machine clean and well maintained at all times. / મશીનની સફાઈ અને મેન્ટેનન્સ યોગ્ય રીતે જાળવવું. / मशीन की सफाई और मेंटेनेंस सही तरीके से बनाए रखना है.
