Role Description This full-time, on-site Pharmacist role is based in Bengaluru and supports Bridge Health's preventive and personalized care initiatives. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, reviewing prescriptions for safety and appropriateness, and counseling patients on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence. Daily tasks include maintaining prescription records, managing inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of medications, and complying with all regulatory and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize medication therapy, contributing to health education programs, and supporting digital tools used in medication management and patient monitoring.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and therapeutic guidelines, with the ability to interpret prescriptions accurately.
• Proficiency in patient counseling, medication education, and clear communication with diverse patient populations and clinical teams.
• Experience in prescription processing, inventory management, and use of pharmacy information systems or electronic medical records.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to professional, ethical, and safety standards in pharmacy practice.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) from an accredited institution; valid pharmacy registration and license as per local regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with digital health tools and willingness to support technology-enabled preventive care and remote monitoring initiatives.
• Prior experience in clinical, hospital, or retail pharmacy settings is preferred; experience in preventive or primary care environments is an advantage.
