3. The position requires frequent site visits, feasibility reports, and maintaining accurate land databases for seamless project execution.

Job Challenges:

1. Managing and resolving conflicts among landholders, stakeholders, and government bodies while ensuring cooperation.

2. Dealing with complex permissions, land ceiling limits, exemptions, and compliance requirements in a timely manner.

3. Handling site-specific challenges like accessibility, ownership disputes, and resistance from local communities.
