Personal Brand Ghostwriter & Research Scriptwriter

We are looking for a sharp storyteller and researcher who can turn interesting ideas, facts and observations into engaging Instagram Reels scripts for a growing personal brand.

The content will cover Hyderabad, Telangana, Indian history, culture, infrastructure, public issues and relevant national topics. The goal is to create original, research-backed content that informs people, starts conversations and builds a recognisable personal brand.

Responsibilities

• Research topics using credible sources, reports, official documents and reliable news publications.
• Write engaging 45–90 second Instagram Reels scripts in natural Hindi/Hinglish.
• Develop strong hooks, compelling narratives, surprising insights and meaningful endings.
• Maintain a consistent personal-brand voice while incorporating the creator's opinions and perspective.
• Provide source links, fact-checking notes, alternative hooks and visual/B-roll suggestions.
• Plan content ideas and recurring series on a weekly basis.
• Review content performance and improve future scripts using audience retention, shares, saves and engagement.

Monthly Expectations

• 22–25 researched and production-ready Reel scripts.
• 20–30 additional topic ideas and hooks.
• Research notes and sources for every factual script.
• Weekly content planning and monthly performance review.

Requirements

• Excellent Hindi/Hinglish writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong research, fact-checking and critical-thinking abilities.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling and audience retention.
• Ability to distinguish verified facts from opinions and unverified claims.
• A portfolio demonstrating original scripts or published video content.
• Ability to work independently, accept feedback and meet deadlines.
