Personal Assistant to Director / MD Fashion & Interior Design Background

• 2–6 years of experience in fashion, interior design, luxury retail, or lifestyle industries
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience coordinating with designers, vendors, clients, and senior management
• Good understanding of fashion/interior trends and aesthetics
• Excellent scheduling, follow-up, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional personality with excellent grooming and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel or attend client/vendor meetings when required

• Manage the MD/Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, and clients
• Follow up on ongoing projects and provide status updates
• Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and meeting agendas
• Assist in fashion/interior-related research and market trends
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and events
• Maintain confidential documents and information
• Handle day-to-day administrative and executive coordination
• Support the management team in special projects and business activities
