Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving measurable growth across digital channels. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid channels to generate qualified leads and revenue. The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs. They will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine targeting, messaging, and funnels, and prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. The role also includes managing budgets, staying current with industry trends, and identifying new opportunities to scale campaigns efficiently.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present campaign insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Market Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends and translate findings into data-driven campaign strategies.
• Sales-oriented mindset to align performance campaigns with pipeline goals and support revenue generation.
• Marketing Strategy skills to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns with clear KPIs.
• Customer Service mindset to ensure a positive experience across touchpoints and support lead nurturing efforts.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing and familiarity with technology or software development services is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
