Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Build funnels for awareness, lead generation, and conversions
• Handle audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies
• Manage ad budgets efficiently with a growth-first mindset
• Build and execute social media strategy for Crazi Studio and client brands
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
• Identify growth opportunities across organic and paid channels
• Stay updated with evolving social media algorithms and ad platform changes
• Create engaging, scroll-stopping content ideas aligned with brand identity
  
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in social media management + performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience of at least 3 years in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Understanding of funnels, conversions, and digital customer journeys
• Strong creative thinking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
