About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (Lead Generation) to drive B2B lead generation and demand generation for our IT software, web and mobile application development services.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of overall marketing experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and demand generation, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads, MQLs, SQLs and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B lead generation and demand generation strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Identify ICPs, target audiences, industries, decision-makers and international markets to generate qualified B2B leads.
• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing and content marketing.
• Build and optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation → MQL → SQL → sales opportunity.
• Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms and campaigns through CRO and A/B testing.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CAC, cost per MQL/SQL, conversion rates, ROAS and marketing ROI.
• Track and analyze MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-opportunity conversion rates, pipeline contribution and revenue generated through marketing.
• Use tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM/analytics platforms to measure campaign performance.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams/resources across performance marketing, SEO, content, design and other digital marketing functions, with the ability to align their efforts with overall demand-generation and business objectives
• Support lead nurturing, remarketing and content-led demand generation initiatives.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.

Requirements

7+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on B2B lead generation and demand generation experience.

Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads, MQLs, SQLs and sales opportunities through measurable marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, demand generation and digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, content marketing, landing-page optimization and CRO.

Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, cost per MQL/SQL, conversion rates, ROAS and marketing ROI.

Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing funnel, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-opportunity, pipeline and revenue analysis.

Experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS or Technology companies will be preferred.
