Role Description

The Performance Marketing Manager (Agency Experience Required) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable growth, lead generation, and ROI for diverse clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing media plans, managing paid search and paid social campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and preparing regular reports with actionable insights. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders, managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, and ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives. The manager will also stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong performance marketing skills, including hands-on experience with paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), and display/remarketing campaigns.
• Candidates should possess agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts, handling campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess analytical and data-driven skills, including proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), conversion tracking, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
• Candidates should possess digital marketing and strategy skills, such as campaign budgeting, audience segmentation, performance forecasting, and alignment with broader brand and growth objectives.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present insights to clients, coordinate with creative and technical teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Candidates should possess solid understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals, landing page optimization principles, and basic knowledge of marketing automation or CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with demonstrable success in improving ROI and scaling campaigns, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata.
