Performance Marketing Lead - FinTech

Performance Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across search, display, social media, app-install, and remarketing channels.

Customer Acquisition:

- Drive qualified leads, customer registrations, app downloads, and conversions while maintaining target Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost per Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Budget Management:

- Manage marketing budgets, allocate spends across channels, and optimize campaign performance to maximize returns on investment.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, and attribution tools. Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights.

Conversion Rate Optimization:

- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign messaging to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiency.

Funnel Optimization:

- Work closely with product, sales, CRM, and technology teams to improve the customer journey from acquisition to activation and conversion.

Audience Targeting:

- Build and refine audience segments using demographic, behavioral, and intent-based data to improve campaign relevance and acquisition quality.

Fintech Marketing:

- Develop campaigns for relevant financial products and services, ensuring alignment with applicable advertising guidelines, platform policies, and regulatory requirements.

Agency & Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution and performance delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing.

- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, campaign analytics, and conversion tracking.

- Strong understanding of performance metrics, including CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns against measurable business outcomes.

- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Excel, and dashboarding platforms.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
