Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve campaign performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Track conversions using GA4 and advertising pixels.
- Analyse campaign data and implement optimisation strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality.
Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in paid campaigns and lead generation.
- Knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and pixels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of campaign optimisation and performance reporting.
Salary
Up to ₹8 LPA, depending on skills and experience. For experienced candidates, salary hikes will be considered based on current CTC and interview performance.
