About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to take end-to-end ownership of our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You'll be responsible for driving quality traffic and leads, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and finding new ways to improve customer acquisition.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, retargeting, and relevant Meta campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Write and optimize ad copy for different campaigns, audiences, and stages of the funnel.
• Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Work on landing page optimization and CRO to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
• Test and improve ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking tools.
• Work with the content and design teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages.
• Prepare performance reports, identify insights, and recommend actions to improve results.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, targeting, bidding, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Good copywriting skills with an understanding of ad messaging and user intent.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and take ownership of performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a testing mindset.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Must be based in Surat or willing to relocate.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SaaS, B2B, or technology products.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience with different landing page and CRO tools.
• Google Ads or Meta certifications.
• Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets.
