About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and focused on driving leads, sales, and ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS and ROI.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spending.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and events.
• Improve website conversion rates through performance insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Skills Required

• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Candidates with prior experience in Fashion, Retail, Apparel, Luxury, Lifestyle, D2C or E-commerce brands will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of campaign optimization and audience targeting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
