About the Role :

Realatte Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Lead Generation, Campaign Optimization, and Performance Marketing who can manage campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead generation campaigns with a focus on quality leads and conversions.
• Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Set up and monitor campaign tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Work closely with the Creative and Sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
• Research competitors, audience behavior, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and share actionable performance insights.
• Stay updated with Google, Meta, and digital advertising platform updates.

Requirements :

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in Lead Generation campaigns.
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and campaign optimization.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage campaign budgets and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with real estate lead generation / real estate digital marketing will be an added advantage.
