Performance Marketing Executive

Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The executive will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive leads, conversions, and revenue for multiple clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, managing paid campaigns (such as search, social, and display), monitoring performance dashboards, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results. The role involves collaborating with account managers, creatives, and content teams to align campaign messaging, budgets, and timelines with client objectives. The executive will also prepare performance reports, share insights with stakeholders, and support the development of innovative strategies to enhance ROI and campaign efficiency.

• Prior experience in performance marketing or digital marketing in an agency setting is an advantage.
