Zavo is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who understands paid acquisition beyond just generating leads — someone who can analyse performance, improve lead quality, and drive efficient customer acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan, launch & optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Track and improve CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS & Conversion Rate

• Analyse performance across audiences, creatives, locations & devices

• Focus on lead quality and downstream conversions, not just lead volume

• Run regular A/B tests to improve campaign performance

• Work closely with the creative team on high-performing ad creatives

• Track the complete journey from Ad Click → Lead → Application → Conversion

• Manage GA4, Meta Pixel, events, attribution & conversion tracking

• Identify new audiences, channels and growth opportunities

What we're looking for:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Growth Marketing

Strong command of Meta Ads Manager

Working knowledge of Google Ads

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets

Someone who can take ownership of campaigns and performance targets
