Tring Tring by GlobalVox is looking for a Performance Marketing Associate with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in paid marketing and lead generation.

What will you work on

- Plan, run and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospecting and audience research

- Design and improve the complete user journey, from ad click to lead, demo and conversion

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality and ROAS

- Research industries, competitors, audiences and campaign trends

- Suggest creative ideas, hooks, offers and ad angles based on competitive research and campaign data

- Coordinate with design/content teams for performance-focused creatives

- Run retargeting campaigns and regular A/B experiments

- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve conversions

What are we looking for

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels and user journeys

- Good command of Google Analytics, Excel and Google Sheets

- Comfortable analysing data and making campaign decisions from it

- Strong research, experimentation and creative-thinking skills

- Experience in B2B, SaaS or technology marketing is a plus

This role is for someone who can go beyond simply running ads and actively contribute to campaign strategy, creative direction, funnel optimisation and business growth.
