Performance marketer

Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and other performance channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad accounts, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing data and conversion funnels, conducting A/B tests, and adjusting strategies to meet acquisition and revenue goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging, landing pages, and user journeys with campaign objectives, as well as preparing performance reports and insights for stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Experience with analytics and optimization tools, such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, ad platforms, and A/B testing tools.
• Ability to plan and execute data-driven marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and ROI.
• Comfort working with metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and user behavior tracking.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product, design, and sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in B2B or technology-focused companies is a plus, along with familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
