Your Key Responsibilities

Advisory HR Transformation

• Assess current-state HR processes, service delivery structures, organization capabilities and pain points.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Design future-state HR processes, service delivery models, organization structures and governance frameworks.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned to client priorities.

HR Shared Services Service Centre Set-up

• Support end-to-end design and set-up of HR Shared Services or HR Service Centres, including scope, location considerations, service catalogue, roles, spans and layers, governance and interaction models.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, playbooks, work instructions, service level definitions and RACI frameworks.
• Support transition, knowledge transfer, training, testing, operational readiness and stabilization activities.
• Define KPIs, reporting requirements and continuous improvement mechanisms for service operations.

Client Delivery Team Leadership

• Own defined workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed scope, timeline and quality standards.
• Build effective working relationships with client stakeholders, EY member firms and cross-functional teams.
• Guide junior team members, review deliverables and support their day-to-day development.
• Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities, and communicate them proactively.

Practice Development Business Growth

• Contribute to proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution design, effort estimates and client presentations.
• Develop thought leadership, methodologies, accelerators, case studies and reusable assets.
• Support market research, account initiatives and internal knowledge-sharing activities.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR service delivery and HR operating models.
• Experience in HR transformation, process redesign, HR Shared Services or HR Service Centre set-up.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical process, organization and governance solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client-ready documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across global and cross-cultural teams.
• Open to travel nationally and internationally for approved client projects in line with EY and country-specific travel advisory guidelines.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

• 6-9 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR operations, HR Shared Services or consulting.
• Master's degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA.
• Hands-on experience in HR operating model design, process mapping, service catalogue design, RACI development and SOP creation.
• Experience supporting Shared Services transitions, knowledge transfer, training, operational readiness or stabilization.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or structured continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting proposals, business pursuits and practice development initiatives.
