Pega Trainer

SmartBridge Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Pega Trainer / Technical Trainer for an upcoming training requirement.

We are looking for professionals with strong Pega expertise, Advanced Java knowledge, and real-world project delivery experience who can deliver practical and engaging technical training.

• Strong hands-on experience in Pega Technologies & Advanced Java
• Proven real-world Pega project delivery experience
• Good understanding of Solution Designer Foundations
• Knowledge of CSA (Certified System Architect)
• Knowledge of CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• Knowledge of CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
• Strong understanding of Pega application development
• Ability to conduct hands-on labs, projects and practical demonstrations
• Excellent communication, presentation and learner engagement skills
• Prior training/facilitation experience is preferred

• Deliver structured and engaging Pega technical training
• Train learners on Advanced Java, Pega application development and related concepts
• Provide practical guidance on CSA, CSSA and CDH
• Conduct hands-on sessions, projects, labs and assessments
• Mentor learners and support technical problem-solving
• Create and update training content and learning materials
