About this role
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive partner-led training and skilling programs across cloud and technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve enrolment and revenue objectives.
- Drive B2C demand generation through digital campaigns, webinars, workshops, bootcamps, events, and institutional outreach.
- Manage partner marketing budgets and MDF activities, including proposals, approvals, utilization, documentation, and ROI reporting.
- Build and execute lead-generation campaigns across paid media, social, email, SEO, and landing pages.
- Monitor registrations, leads, conversions, CPL, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with sales, content, performance marketing, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain partner brand and compliance standards.
- Identify new customer segments and innovative campaigns to increase training participation.
- 5+ years in marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or education/training marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
