Role: Industrial Technical Training Manager SME

Commitment: Part-time / Flexible (Approx. 10–12 hours per week)

Location: Remote / India-wide

Target Sectors: Heavy Machinery, Industrial Energy, Commercial Vehicles, and Manufacturing Training Academies.

About the Role

CloudIngest helps global industrial OEMs across heavy machinery, energy, and commercial vehicle sectors eliminate technician onboarding bottlenecks and reduce maintenance error by replacing static manuals with interactive digital training. We are looking for a Technical Training Manager to advise our product and engineering teams on how technical curriculums are designed, evaluated, and deployed in heavy industries.

What You Will Do

• Guide Our Tech Team: Partner directly with our software and engineering teams so they understand the physical logic, tool sequences, and safety protocols behind industrial machinery.
• Ensure Industry Credibility: Review our outward-facing content, text hooks, and demonstration models to ensure we use exact manufacturing terminology (e.g., torque specs, component hierarchies, maintenance workflows) that instantly resonates with industrial executives.
• Identify Plant-Floor Pain Points: Help us pinpoint which specific equipment bottlenecks, onboarding delays, or maintenance errors cause the biggest financial headaches for heavy machinery OEMs.

Who You Are

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Education, or a related field (Certifications in Technical Training or Instructional Design are preferred).
• Industry Veteran: 10+ years designing and managing technical training programs for technicians, field service engineers, or maintenance staff in heavy machinery, energy, or automotive sectors.
• Clear Communicator: Skilled at structuring complex mechanical procedures into digestible, step-by-step competency milestones.
• Forward-Thinking: Eager to help pioneer data-driven, interactive training models over traditional slide decks and PDFs.
