EPA Global is looking for an experienced Head Counsellor to join our Panchkula branch and lead student counselling and conversion activities across multiple overseas education destinations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities across multiple destinations.

• Understand student profiles, academic backgrounds, career goals and financial considerations to recommend suitable study options.

• Handle the complete counselling journey from initial enquiry through application initiation.

• Guide students on universities, courses, entry requirements, intakes and application processes.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

• Coordinate with admissions, visa and internal processing teams for smooth case movement.

• Support and guide junior counsellors in handling student cases and counselling practices.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates through the company's systems/processes.

• Contribute towards branch-level student enrolment and business targets.

Candidate Profile :

2–3+ years of experience in overseas education counselling.

Experience counselling students for multiple international destinations.

Strong knowledge of overseas education processes, universities and course selection.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.

Ability to handle students/parents professionally and drive conversions.

Prior experience in a senior counsellor/team-handling role will be an advantage.
