Role Description The Overseas Education Counsellor will provide end-to-end guidance to learners interested in studying abroad, including program selection, university shortlisting, and application support. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, timelines, and financial considerations, and assisting with documentation for applications and visas. The counsellor will coordinate with universities and partners, maintain accurate records of each learner's progress, and follow up regularly to ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment. Responsibilities also include organizing information sessions, responding to inquiries via multiple channels, and staying updated on international education trends and policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to explain global academic options and admission processes clearly.
• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, supporting individuals in choosing suitable programs and career pathways.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear spoken and written communication, and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Prior experience in overseas education advisory, university admissions, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to build trust, manage multiple learner cases simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation and follow-ups.
