Job Details

• Location: Bangalore
• Process: OTC Collections – Voice
• Shift: US Shift
• Education: Commerce / Non-Commerce
• CTC- UPTO 5.5 LPA
• Experience: Relevant Accounts Receivable Collections (Voice) experience required

Required Skills

• Experience handling international customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good email writing etiquette
• Knowledge of Dispute Management and Account Reconciliation
• Understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) cycle
• Knowledge of Credit Management, credit limit reviews, refunds, and order management
• Ability to perform Accounts Receivable activities accurately
• Flexibility to work night shifts
