Role Description The Orthopedic Physiotherapist will provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans for musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, designing and implementing exercise programs, performing manual therapy, educating patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves close coordination with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and progress tracking. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with patients in the clinic and adherence to clinic protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Professional training in physiotherapy with a focus on orthopedics, including strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for musculoskeletal conditions.
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and the use of physiotherapy modalities and equipment relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Ability to maintain detailed clinical records, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, counseling, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Experience in an orthopedic or musculoskeletal physiotherapy setting is highly beneficial; familiarity with post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injury management is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, continuous learning, and maintaining professional competence through ongoing education.
