The entire loan application process is fully digital, allowing customers to complete their applications online without physical paperwork. Capital Now offers unsecured loans up to Rs 1,50,000/- with flexible and affordable installment options, aiming to make personal finance simpler and more convenient.

Role Description The ORM Executive role at Capital Now is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will monitor and manage the company's online reputation across review platforms, social media channels, and other digital touchpoints. Daily responsibilities include tracking and responding to customer feedback, coordinating with internal teams to resolve complaints, and ensuring timely, professional communication that reflects the company's brand values. The ORM Executive will analyze sentiment trends, prepare periodic reports on brand perception, and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and trust. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and customer support teams to maintain consistent messaging and strengthen Capital Now's digital presence.

Qualifications

• Strong online reputation management skills, including experience monitoring reviews, social media mentions, and customer feedback across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in written communication, with the ability to draft clear, empathetic, and professional responses in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and sentiment reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as social media management tools, review monitoring dashboards, and basic CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with customer support, operations, and marketing teams.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple queries and cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in ORM, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer-facing digital businesses is a plus.
