Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Strategy

• Act as the primary IT liaison for Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Participate in Oracle application roadmap development.
• Identify opportunities for:
• Process improvement
• Data-quality improvement
• Better process visibility
• Improved decision-making
  

Oracle Functional Leadership

• Act as Oracle EBS Supply Chain functional SME.
• Support:
• S&OP
• Demand Planning
• MRP
• Inventory Management
• Supply Planning
• Procurement
• BOM
• WIP
• Order Management
• Lead solution-design workshops and requirements gathering.
• Define configuration requirements.
• Work with developers on extensions, integrations, and customizations.
• Prefer Oracle standard/configuration-led solutions where practical.
  

Project & Solution Delivery

• Lead Oracle-related functional workstreams.
• Create:
• Business process maps
• Functional specifications
• User stories
• Test scenarios
• UAT plans
• Coordinate UAT and business validation.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, integrations, reporting improvements, and stabilization.
  

Production / Operational Support

• Provide L2/L3 functional support.
• Investigate and resolve application/business-process issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop sustainable corrective actions.
• Identify recurring issues and reduce manual/repetitive work.
  
  

Process Improvement & Governance

• Optimize planning, inventory, procurement, and supply-chain processes.
• Maintain SOPs and functional/configuration documentation.
• Promote supply-chain best practices.
• Support data governance around item masters, planning parameters, and inventory controls.
• Support KPIs and system-utilization metrics.
  
  

Training & Change Management

• Develop training materials.
• Conduct business-user workshops.
• Support adoption of new processes and Oracle capabilities.
• Act as trusted advisor during business/process/technology changes.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years ERP experience in manufacturing/supply chain/planning/procurement/inventory.
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle EBS functional experience.
• Strong Oracle EBS Supply Chain knowledge.
• Manufacturing-environment experience.
• Strong experience with:
• Planning

• Inventory
• MRP
• S&OP
• Supply Planning
• BOM/WIP
• Order Management
• Cross-functional project leadership.
• Business-process improvement experience.
• Direct interaction with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Inventory and Supply Chain leadership.
