Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time Oracle HCM Functional Consultant role with a hybrid work model. The consultant will configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM modules, including core HR processes, compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud , Oracle Learning and talent management, in line with client requirements and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, designing functional solutions, preparing configuration documents, and executing system testing. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, supporting end users through training and documentation, resolving functional issues, and participating in upgrades and enhancements. The consultant will also contribute to project planning, provide consulting inputs on process improvements, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules including core HR, Compensation, Oracle Recruiting cloud, Oracle Learning and Talent management.
• Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience or a strong experience in enhancement and change projects
• Hands on experience in Oracle HCM Redwood enhancements is highly desirable
• Good understanding of HCM Security, Data roles and security profiles, approval workflows, BPM, DFF, EFF, Journeys
• Hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, including configuration, testing, and production support.
• Additional Technical knowledge (HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BIP etc) is good to have
