Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Handle Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence and Benefits.
• Gather requirements and interact with clients/business users.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Perform UAT, testing, implementation and go-live support.
• Resolve production issues and provide functional support.
