Oracle Fusion HCM Techno - Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in workforce compensation and core HR. The ideal candidate should possess a balanced techno-functional skill set (70% functional / 30% technical) and have hands-on experience in compensation cycle management, fast formula development, configuration, testing, support, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans, budgets, worksheets, approvals, eligibility, and compensation cycles.
• Manage end-to-end compensation cycles, including setup, testing, execution, validation, issue resolution, and post-cycle support.
• Develop and debug Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Support core HR processes, including workforce structures, employee lifecycle, assignments, and employment changes.
• Perform configuration, functional testing, UAT support, production support, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with technical, integration, reporting, and functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Participate in client discussions and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 Years.
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables.
• Availability to support UK business hours.
