Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Own Oracle Fusion HCM configuration end-to-end, from the first requirements workshop to go-live, with a strong focus on Core HR.
• Set up enterprise structures, jobs, positions, grades, and workforce hierarchies.
• Write and maintain Fast Formulas for processes like payroll, absence, and compensation.
• Work directly with HR and business teams to turn their needs into practical solutions.
• Prepare configuration workbooks, design documents, and test scripts.
• Load and migrate data using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders.
• Lead testing and UAT, fix defects, and support go-live and cutover.
• Provide post-go-live support and fix issues at the root cause.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including regression testing.
• Train end users and document processes.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support.
• Solid Core HR configuration skills and a good grasp of the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience writing and debugging Fast Formulas.
• Experience with HDL or similar data loading tools.
• Clear communication skills, since you'll work directly with business users.
• Any graduate degree.
