Your Role
As an Oracle FCCS Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting solutions using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient EPM solutions.

As an Oracle FCCS Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting solutions using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient EPM solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and discussions with finance and business stakeholders.
- Analyze and document Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting requirements.
- Design and develop FCCS solution components aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Provide functional and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Drive client discussions, solution reviews, and design sign-offs.
- Mentor project team members and support complex implementation scenarios.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business validation activities.
- Lead deployment activities and provide post-production support.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle FCCS best practices, standards, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Your Profile
- 10-16 years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with a strong focus on FCCS.
- Proven experience implementing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) across multiple end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of Financial Close, Consolidation, Intercompany Eliminations, Currency Translation, and Financial Reporting processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to mentor teams and drive solution discussions independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
