Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: MBA in Finance / B.Com.

Department: IT / Finance Transformation

Location: Mumbai/Pune

Salary: Upto 10LPA (Depends upon your skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end implementation and functional activities in Oracle EBS R12.
• Work extensively on Oracle Financial modules, particularly Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Support and implement E-Invoicing solutions for Indian and global clients.
• Understand and support P2P (Procure to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash) business cycles.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
• Perform functional configuration, system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
• Support tax transformation initiatives and ensure solutions align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Indian and international clients and effectively communicate functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Functional.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle AP and AR.
• Experience in E-Invoicing implementation.
• Good understanding of P2P and O2C cycles.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle implementation projects.
• Ability to prepare BRD, Functional Specifications, and test documentation.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Indian and global clients is preferred.
