Oracle EBS R12 Financials Consultant - India Localization

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Financials Consultant with strong expertise in India Localization and proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules, statutory compliance requirements for India, and experience working across the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle EBS R12 Financials implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and map them to Oracle Financials functionality.
• Configure and implement Oracle Financial modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Drive CRP sessions, functional design workshops, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and conversions.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.

• Experience across Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, CRP, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Support
