Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect

(Execution, delivery, and technical coordination across workstreams)

Experience : 10+ yrs

1. Delivery Planning & Execution

 Develop and manage detailed implementation plans (Phase 1B execution)

 Track milestones, deliverables, and sprint-level progress

 Ensure execution aligns with overall program plan and SOW commitments

2. Workstream Coordination (Technical Focus)

 Drive execution across:

o Integrations (OIC, external systems)

o Data migration (Agile → OCPLM)

o Custom apps & extensions

o Environment setup & deployments

 Coordinate with architecture and functional leads for delivery sequencing

3. Technical Governance & Design Alignment

 Ensure all deliverables align with:

o Integration strategy & architecture standards

o Approved KDDs and design documents

 Track technical design reviews, sign-offs, and compliance

4. Issue & Dependency Management (Execution Level)

 Identify and manage day-to-day delivery blockers

 Coordinate cross-team issue resolution (IT, SI, SMEs)

 Escalate risks to Program Manager with clear impact on timeline/scope

5. Testing & Release Management

 Plan and track:

o CRP / SIT / UAT cycles (as referenced in SOW review discussions)

o Defect tracking and resolution

 Ensure readiness for cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support

6. Environment & Tools Coordination

 Ensure availability and readiness of:

o Environments (Dev, Test, Prod)

o Access (Jira, Teams, SharePoint, tools)

 Coordinate release schedules and deployment windows

7. Vendor Delivery Coordination (Execution Level)

 Work closely with Supplier PM / SI delivery team on:

o Task tracking

o Deliverable reviews

o Daily/weekly progress monitoring

8. Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain:

o Detailed project plans

o Task tracking (Jira/plan)

o Technical status updates

 Provide weekly progress, risks, and blockers in program forums
