Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead - 10+ Years of exp | Immediate joiners

Role Description This full-time remote role is for an Oracle CDM Cloud Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience who can join immediately. The technical lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle CDM Cloud solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and performance optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical design sessions, reviewing solution architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and driving end-to-end delivery, testing, and deployment. The technical lead will also provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Oracle CDM Cloud, including solution design, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (SaaS/PaaS), data management, and related Oracle modules and tools.
• Proficiency in technical development using SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
• Experience in cloud architecture, performance tuning, security, and best practices for enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, conduct code and design reviews, and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Strong requirements gathering, solution documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus, especially in governance, risk, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Oracle Cloud are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
